Not sure mate just think if Newcastle get awab money and do a City over time we have little to no chance of any prolonged period of success added in to the usual cartel of Utd, RS, Chelsea etc.
Feels like the PL has become too saturated with big players throwing billions around in the pursuit of sports washing.
I think what you would fine, even if this takeover went ahead in the world Newcastle think it would, it would be a lot harder for Newcastle to do what City/Chelsea did in the time frame they did it, but you would see a similar outcome over a longer period.
You can probably see now, that Chelsea and City look set to dominate for the next 10 years, and probably have dominated over the last 5-10 really. That's the direction of travel. I still think we will make our way forward if the money tap stays switched on, but it will take longer.
Like next season, do you really expect any of United/Arsenal/Spurs/Liverpool to compete for the league? Probably the first time that's not been the case.
If City and Chelsea get the players they look set to get, they will keep moving away.
