It's pretty accurate though isn't it. The Premier League "Fit and Fair" stuff can be mumbled about and ignored by the powers that be but the whole BeOutQ is a massive ball-ache that would infuriate the companies who are the main revenue stream for the PL. But knock them back over that and Saudi Arabia are straight onto the British Government and asking why a major trading partner is being treated like this.
