I'll give him his answer, which I've done for the last few weeks.

1) The takeover if it goes threw will not be transformative. They are years behind the top 8 and the Saudi's will not be making massive investments.

2) It could all be a blag. If so then relegation awaits and you'll probably go bust.

I don't mind Middlesborough. When they come up, they at least went for it with the likes of Ravenelli and Juninho and Emerson (did they also have Boksic? google says yes! way to go memory!). They may have went down but at least they had fun with it and no delusions of grandeur past a bit of harmless wistful daydreaming. I just don't think it's fair on Boro to compare the two clubs.
