So Stanley Park is a better option eh? I would have thought the other way around, but there you go.
Well a small area of if was already a sports centre car park rather than green space. Actually, it'd be the original site for Everton's first games.

I hope we can redevelop it, but the small area surrounding it with houses stops us.As i've said before on here, if we leave Goodison, that is the end of going to home games for me

I don't believe that. But Brennan will pull up something which backs you up so all I will say is, that I couldn't go to a home game that wasn't at Goodison.
I'm sure it's been discussed already mate, no possible solution unless there would be some kind of special Architecture to figure something out.I don't believe that. A ground share would be embarrassing as far as I'm concerned.
60,000 capacity and we'd only fill half of it.
Liverpool have a bigger fanbase so they'd fill it every week, it would give them something to laugh about.
Hopefully like, but saying that our attendances have dropped as of late. We'd more than half fill a 60,000 seater stadium lid.
And Liverpool don't even sell out Anfield every week.
