As someone has already mentioned Joe Allen has already met Morishi and I'm sure it wasn't just to say hello and welcome him. Got a feeling WHP would have been the topic of conversation, I can see us going down that route as it's already been explored and the funds are there in place now.

I can only hope and dream of a beautiful stadium on the waterfront. Imagine Everton FC being on the Liverpool skyline ... the fume from that shower.
