If we bring in mirallas and niang I think we're as strong as moyes can poosibly get us with the funds available and we'd seem to have good 1st and second options in nearly all posistions.
Top 4 is still a real big ask though. Realistically we'd not only have to ensure we're the best out of Liverpool spurs Newcastle and any suprise package well also then need to out-preform 1 of utd city Chelsea or arsenal. We could potentially play very well most of the season and still end up 7th/8th.
It's gonna be the hardest year at the top this season IMO. Have we improved? Most definately! Have we improved enough (given the signings/improvements of the teams around/above us) to have jumped above these teams? Not sure!

Even with these possible improvements I dont think we are as strong as Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U or City. I can see us in a fight with Spurs and the ****e for 5th and 6th. Having said that who know with a bit of luck and the stars and planets aligning anything is possible.
