If it's Everton, it suggests we might have another party we're trying to up a rival bid from.

If it's CMC, it might just be publicity, or perhaps it's to force Fulham's hand (I think Fulham were the other club they were interested in sponsoring?).

Think the wording made it sound that way, but the £50m was for both us and Fulham, it seems.

That 3 year deal would make it almost £17m a year which would be a fair bit more than Stake's £10m a year.
