Just reading that a number of clubs are struggling to secure sponsorships for next season because of the gambling advert ban - quite a few clubs are trying to change sponsor at the same time.

I’d love it if we decided to go with EITC or another charity.

I agree 100%.

Sadly, there's little chance of that happening with these blood sucking spivs.

They brought the gas man in to make deals with the devil, it looks like.

With very passing day we're going to resemble the LFC Tory Club we've always ripped them about.

The big markets are Asia.

Be it Thailand, India, wherever. You dont walk more than 2 mins without seeing a City, Arsenal, United or Liverpool shirt (be it real or not).

Their audience is absolutely gigantic, it cant be underestimated. We may have small pockets all over the world, but theirs is vastly superior, and it will genuinely take 15 years of dominance (like City) to even come into the equation.

For clubs in the premier league, if they play exciting football then the Asians will watch them.

If theres a top Asian player e.g Son then there may be added interest.

Key is the style of play and the 'big names'.

Dave as you well know we got a points deduction because our commercial deals were crap, we were badly ran, they are improving under the Friedkin group let it lie and stop moaning about everything Everton, CMC it it's them are better than gambling or alcohol, they would in my opinion be a step up with them and give us more money.

Gifting a charity prime sponsorship positions should be allowed to be written off against FFP.. Impossible for us to give it to a charity currently as much as we'd all like to see it.
