Growing up in the 80s and 90s there used to be a carpet and home furnishings firm local to me called “CMC”. They used to run a very annoying radio advert on Broadland FM, it seemed to repeat every single ad break…

“CMC, CMC, there ain’t no better place to be!”.

I haven’t thought of it since they ceased trading about 20 years ago, but after reading this thread that jingle is now ingrained back onto my brain.

I'd say the majority of businesses that are will to give us money,aren't in line with our political leanings,nor do they have the values of our founding fathers.
