Did anybody notise any players, who was not up to the task? Or was it only Koeman?

people were quite happy, with the line up and tactic, before the match. Soo is it all koeman's fault then? Or could other factores, like useless, lazy players, play a role aswell?

To be honest. I would like to see a player or two, getting sacked, for not taking Everton serious, for the money they get.
