It’s not an exact science recruiting a manager. sometimes a manager just fits and sometimes they don’t and it can be a bit of a red herring looking at previous stats. Nobody on here wanted Nuno before he went to Spurs, and even less would have taken him before Forest did. He done a decent job at Wolves before things went stale, he flopped just as bad at Spurs as Potter did at Chelsea, and he was sacked after just a year in Saudi for stinking the place out. Now look at him at Forest. Sometimes you just stumble on something that works.
