Interesting you mention this, its a big reason as to why I like Danny Rohl as he is an ex analyst and is very much about the details and having multiple plans and options to pick from, listening to some of his players they enjoy playing for him and his methods.
He has a lot of backgrounds as an analyst and assistant to one day become a good manager on high level. It's a surely a big risk to give someone like him a chance, there are many examples of good 2nd tier managers that have done a similar brilliant job and then failed on the highest level.
You went into the prem season with 4 Basque managers, 3 of them are doing a good job, Lopetegui didn't work out. This from a region that is less populated than Liverpool area.
For me the worrying thing is you have the financially best league in football, are the homeland of modern football, yet you don't have any good English managers apart from Howe in the league.
2 of them were righteously sacked, and you have Dyche that is lucky to still have this job.
Are there any promising shouts, if Potter or Southgate are the answer, then this is very worrying.
