I’d rather take a young up and coming coach who has something to prove personally.

I would but feel now is too risky to be taking a chance on a young up and coming coach. Not sure who I would take now just hope it’s not Southgate or potter or even moyes.

I wouldn't be entirely against Southgate, not my first choice but he's closer the top of my list. Pochettino would be my choice, if he'd leave USA for US.

But he did the season before, and only missed out on them by 4pts last year, and curently has them 5th. He's consistent.

I just think we need to be looking for someone who wins things not someone who keeps a big side comfortable in a lower league.
I'd certainly take him over Southgate and maybe even Moyes but that's about it.

They should just go out and get a manager who's won stuff. Not one who just missed out on the playoffs.
