New manager

I have watched Everton for so many years and I have never been so appalled at this way of setting up our team ,what I would do is bring in another coach or Bainsey and not let Dyche go so he can see how it should be done , not get to lay back in the sun being paid a fortune .What upsets me more is his backroom as they are either brown noses or hopeless .

The takeover risks losing momentum in month 1 unless the Friedkins stamp their authority on the club and appoint a new progressive manager to make a statement of intent. This statement simply needs to convey that Everton will be building a side that plays beautiful football.

There is no time to delay. With a full window to come, a new man of any quality will have us moving up the table soon enough.

Are the Friedkins savvy enough to get this right? If they can’t or won’t, people need to be recalibrating their expectations…

Whats he apparently said to the players?
This mate. If 100% true.

yes we need more

but i’m not having that a different manager can’t get results
Nobody is getting drastically different results with this shower of crap. I do think Dyche has underperformed so far this season though and would be quite happy for him to get bulleted, IF we can strengthen in January.

If not I think a new coach is a massive risk, could easily get worse unless something changes in personnel.
