I'm not one for breakfast, have to force it down me but it is important for your metabolism.

Think of metabolism as a furnace burning up calories, you need to light the fire as early as possible. Also smaller meals as oppose to 3 big ones, smaller more regular meals keep the furnace burning constantly, as oppose to big meals which are like a huge bonfire but soon burn out to nothing.

Plenty of protein in your diet too, it takes longer to digest and keeps you feeling fuller for longer.

Joking aside, identifying and eliminating bad eating habits will make a big difference.
My weakness at the moment is cans of pop - Individually not the end of the world but even one a day makes a big difference on the scales.
