….i noticed it periodically coming on the strip lights around the pitch and half-way up the stands & thought it looked good, maybe something they could put on concrete areas.

Are the steps on the West Side of the stadium always shut on match day?
I went around to have a look on Sunday and it was blocked off by the metal gates and security.
Seems a bit pointless having them if you can't congregate there before the game.
