New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Those blocks in club view are either seat unique or reserved by the club. They were never available for sale to season ticket holders

The problem with those seats as well is that Seat Unique try to charge up to £200 when the package is pretty much a standard seat with a programme and a £10 voucher. It's not really a hospitality package. They seem to consistently struggle to sell those tickets, the same ticket for Wolves at home is £90 so they might sell better for that game.

…ah, I see. So they’re not ‘sold seats’.

It’s early days but surely the club are better off putting those on general sale or add them to the ballot, especially if there’s demand. Hopefully common sense prevails in the end.

It will have nowt to do with common sense sadly.
It will be down to seat unique not selling their quota and renegotioning to take less.

Can anyone explain to me what happened here?

The first half, we had some banners draped into the disabled sections. I thought 'great, that looks and feels more like an Everton game'.

The second half, the banners are gone? Were they told to remove them by someone at the club? What's the deal, does anybody know?

My hope was that in time these sections would be filled in with banners etc, so it looks less Ricoh Arena down there. It's been said a thousand times, but how it looks on broadcast is the biggest disappointment of the stadium itself.

Same thing elsewhere, people were hanging flags on the divide in south stand (one single tier my backside!) before the game, but they were removed.

Weird.

Can you send one of the forum's investigative journalists out to get answers?

Imagine @davek's reaction when we find out this goes all the way to the bosses at Hill Dickinson.

….re the ‘seats have been paid for’ point, does that reflect STs have been purchased for those areas?

There’s a swathe of empty seats at the back of ‘Club View’. I get that they’ve ’been paid for’ but it’s odd that so many ST holders don’t attend in exactly the same area.

Apologies, if I’m missing something obvious.

I know it's early days yet but the present re-sale system is poor and needs sorting

That's some sharp eyed detectiving. Is it possible they had to leave so wrapped up and left and took their flag with them?
