New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

It’s difficult if you have sold 75% of a block of £X00 tickets in a posh area, to say 2 days before the match that there are spares and sell them at a drastically reduced rate.

If they can’t sell all of the corporate or “experience” tickets there needs to be less corporate or “experience” tickets. But that will have to wait till the end of a season then. Reducing prices may help, but ultimately there needs to be the right balance. All very well saying the corporate stuff makes the money, but not at the expense of empty seats.

@chicoazul at it again lol

They are already sold that's the thing. Seat Unique or corporate will have them. Seat Unique is slightly overpriced for most, but we aren't the only ones in the country that have this problem it appears worse as it's a section.
As we build success, then hopefully they sell out. If they reduced their prices a bit, they’d likely sell out, but right now it appears they don’t need to.

There was about 200 empty seats behind me in the Club View… ridiculous

How many people do you reckon were inside the club area during play instead of sitting in those seats?

American stadiums have a real problem with this. Been to several Cowboys games and a lot of people in the posh seats will stay in the lounge areas and bars and never come out to the seating bowl at all. Their seats stay empty and look bad on TV but the team can’t fill both obviously.
