That has already been confirmed by “club officials” after the first test event according to the Echo. What they didn’t say was how they planned to re-lay the pitch. It’ll be interesting whether they go again with the same seeding method, or put down rolls of turf.

Echo mis-reported that slightly. The pitch will be renovated in the summer, but it'll still be the same pitch construction. It's splitting hairs, but this was always the plan even before the test event.

If you look on the stadium website , they give answers to some questions. And they have given the figures for each stand which comes out at 53,400. I have attached pictures and highlighted the seat numbers. Don’t know if it will stay that figure, but that’s what they’ve given, but we can hope

So there is 4k+ going to be available to general sale each home game in the West stand only. How does that compare to Goodison, are there any that go to general sale?

Years ago I realised that there was no real point to keeping my eyes open during a haircut, and since I hate the chat I might as well just close my eyes pretty much until the end. How much more obvious could it be without actually wearing a sign or directly speaking the words?

And yet probably half the time, they try and chat anyway.

The rumours in regards to the pitch still persist. There is a comment on one of the drone videos I have just watched. Apparently the under 18s complained that the pitch was rock hard, so there are now rumours it will be completely relaid before the new season

Think it was always getting relaid after the tester game's.

Probably been asked many times previously, but....any word on the arl Littlewoods clock? It was supposedly in storage somewhere - would be boss to incorporate it somewhere in the new stadium....

Would look cool on the pump house imo, could act as a clock tower.

Probably just refinancing so TFG can free up whatever they ploughed in temporarily and perhaps improve the rates / duration of the other loans.

Yeah seems like a consoldation of every loan / debt etc, into a 1 better one with a proper lender...against the new ground.
