A lot of the internal facilities are quite small compared to some of the new club, so extending these would require a fair bit of planning, work and money.
Looks like I won't be going tonight which is disappointing. I've sat by the phone since 8am waiting for a call from Moyes or Seamus to offer me a ticket but they must have forgotten about how important I am.

Not just the wi-fi it’s the entire broadcasting operation that is not ready.
They have to start the test processes now because if we leave it any later then any recommendations we receive from the test events will start encroaching on the start of the season. If it still needs work on the broadcasting side and other things, then I’m happy for them to do it all properly and not rush it so we can watch an U18s friendly. There will be cameras there to record, they just can’t show it live.
It's quite literally still a building site and the club haven't even moved in yet, setting up WiFi will be one of the last things

Today is not about streaming a game for people to watch; in most respects, the fixture today is entirely irrelevant. Tonight is about getting the licence!
It's about testing the stewarding, ensuring the ticketing system works and developing the operational procedures, so that we are ready for the season.
Why overcomplicate something, which may bring about more potential problems? There'll be teething problems tonight, and it will be that which we focus on.
Making sure the WiFi works, having ale to sell or all that other stuff, would just take away focus on the important bits.

Did the Goodison tour on Tuesday and headed down to the new stadium after. As alot have said here the scale of it and the height of the stadium is far more impressive seeing it in person.
