Jordan Pickford has been magnificent for Everton. You can see the that the supporters love him. He is dancing away to the music. This place is rocking. It is a proper football stadium.

We will lose in the end here. But what a decent start we have made. The usual when teams move into new grounds and lose because they are not use to here does not seem to be effecting us at present

Those celebrations look brilliant but they'd look even better if they hadn't put the massive disabled section right in the middle of it. Small gripe but used to love watching last minute winners down at the Street End.

What a marvelous moment. The football was almost faultless too. Alcaraz having the smarts and technique to play in Ndiaye whose twinkletoes put it on a plate for Beto. He was very unfortunate to find the keeper's feet. A bull attacking that ball. After that, we earned our luck. Scenes.
