New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

It's unacceptable that blue badge holders are restricted from parking in no-parking zones, making it impossible to park within a reasonable walking distance. What’s the situation with these 52 disabled parking spaces, and how can one apply for a space?

That

That's a disgrace. I mean, it's one thing not to sort out transport for us fans, but it's much worse to damage local businesses. Why do they need to impose 365 day a year restrictions, it makes no sense? They're going to put people out of business for sure. And all the council are saying is that they'll monitor it over an 18 month period. That'll be too late for some of the businesses. Disugsting.

Talk about attracting people to an area being regenerated? The council seem hell bent on turning it in to a white elephant.
Me and the mrs have driven to that area for 25 years or more on a Sunday, to use pubs and restaurants already there.
The ease of parking without causing annoyance to anyone was a joy compared to the constraints and prices of parking up in the City Centre.
Why kill it off? Can understand the zone (just about) for matchdays.....but 365 days?
What is their mission here? Bordering on sinister.

Noticed this earlier…
