Probably already mentioned but Costco are looking at a new site in Speke. We are rumoured to be interested in their current site.

If that land is used, it won't be Everton that use/buy it.

I could only think for the purpose of a multi-storey car park, but would imagine somewhere closer would be more appropriate.

I think they will eventually. Not sure when. But if that area improves as much as it should do over the next 10 years, they'll be sitting on a gold mine. Someone might make them an offer they can't refuse.

Given enough time then yes all things are possible. That site has also been suggested as a new main station for Liverpool to ease congestion at Lime St but anything like that is 25+ years away given the snails pace growth in Liverpool.

Can't fathom how that much water was cascading down those steps. Also was that broken concrete of the floor?

In fact, forgot the San Mames idea, the roof doesn't fully cover the corners. That's overlapped with the perforated cladding. Maybe another layer across those parts will do?
