There isn't. If anything FIFA give out a wider set of dimensions that a football pitch must be within to conform.

The UEFA category 4 size is what counts to host tournament/finals and ours meets that.

There are no official measurements for the pitch as yet... you know this already which is why you are relying on blueprints which are subject to change

There are no plans because it's going to be the smallest pitch to comply with PL regulations and not FIFA regulations ....

I think you are going to have to trust me on this, they are not going to build a stadium that was part of a bid process to host a European championship with a pitch that is too small to meet the criteria.

If you look at the pitch area now, the apron is fairly sizable, at least worth a few more metres. So they could have made it even bigger if they wanted to. If they had have fluffed the calculations, they would have raised the pitch by burying the first couple of rows of the terracing. The fact they haven't tells us all is okay...
