New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I'd be quite content with a stadium around the fifty-five thousand mark as long as it had the capability for expansion originally built in.

Adding an extra ten to fifteen thousand per home game isn't too unrealistic as long as the pricing structure is correct.

Anything more would probably be difficult to fill on a regular basis and if you want to build a strong atmosphere, then that's an important factor.

Anything on the waterfront would already make it one of the most iconic stadiums in the country. Imagine the build up to night games down there. Never thought I would live to see the day that what is rumoured to be delivered by Moshiri would actually happen. I wonder how FSG are viewing all of this (presuming that they know) in light of their decision to expand Anfield.

Imagine this down the Mersey..in blue and with batlights of course

Negotiations are progressing and we're likely to have the best club stadium in the country - that's how things are going.

I have no words!
