Hopefully it's about having different bar areas in the massive concourse for the standard seats.

Having stayed in the Titanic a few times, a big hotel, I’m astounded how small it looks in the background …our stadium is going to be fabulous…..

I've never used the phrase 'the old lady' and I never will.

It's so cringeworthy IMO.

The term is a bit like "the 3 graces".... it isn't a label stuck on from the beginning. It appeared after many years. I think John Motson called Goodison our "stately home" in our History video from the 80s when it was already tired.... Similarly, the "grand old lady" is a romanticised reflection on the same theme. The ground's place in the history of football and stadium design. "Grand" because it was indeed very grand compared to all of its contemporaries for generations.
