Huge milestone and massive progress in only the last 2-3 days.. looks to be ahead of schedule and infill could be complete by Christmas

There'll be plenty of bars in the Ten Streets area by the time the build is finished with many more likely to follow, that area has the potential to eclipse the similar Baltic Triangle.

Developments on Central and Collingwood docks will likely bring alot of commercial bars and restaurants aswell.

Could even see some popping up between Sandhills and the ground, be spoilt for choice eventually.

That pic for me shows real progress, and the fact it is firm enough to take an excavator till quite a way down, notice the bucket towards the waters edge.

Anyone know what sort of percentage of the dock they feel they have filled in?
