He can't invest in the club because it would require Bill diluting his shares and that's something Bill won't agree to. Even giving the club a loan with zero or no interest is a form of investing and would require compensation i.e. shares.

IF, and I concede it is a big IF, he, LG, is vaguely interested in the club, (think he is btw), and he, and perhaps some like minded associates, could see the attraction of owning an all singing, all dancing, multi purpose arena in Liverpool.........you know, like a property investment with a football club as a long term tenant. #westhamstadium
