With all due respect "o wise one" Kings Dock as much as we might have wanted it without the finance it was Never Happening ,Kirkby without the right permission was Never Happening.

I'm prepared to wait and see but I have no faith in the current custodians providing a new stadium.

I will keep my ear to the ground but I've not heard much from any builders who usually get involved in the construction of stadia regarding Everton.

Only partially relevant, as it's an American football designed stadium, but Baylor University is getting a lot of praise for its new McLane Stadium, a throwback horseshoe design. Worth a look. It holds 45,000 and is expandable to 55,000 and cost $266m (roughly £166m).
