I have had dealings with peel in my job. These are serious professional business people. If they weren't interested in Evertons proposal, they would have told them so and ended it there. As they are still negotiating with Everton and have let the efc hierarchy be very publicly photographed and filmed at bmd means they are still interested in a deal. To suggest that they are just going along with efc but are not really interested and will create false social media accounts to then destabilise the deal is ludicrous

For what it's worth i agree with @davek that peel would be just fine without us, but I disagree that building the stadium won't be useful to them and this is why they are open to us moving there. It's like giving the whole project a boost of adrenaline, we go there we will drag businesses with us, which will bring people and so on and on.

yup, they'd manage just fine without us and have planned to do so but if we go and develop a chink of it for them then it may speed up their development plans for the rest of it.
