New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I suppose whenever the announcement comes people will look for the negative slant, if it comes after a run of bad results, that's the reason, if we have another bad window, again that why, and if it comes mid 2017, it's to sell more season tickets. They're so predictable.

...not being sarcastic, but by it's title you would expect a meeting every 12 months. I'm not sure when the last one took place, but if it was 2015 the next one must be imminent.

Didn't they stop having one for ages because people wanted to know where the money was going? Like 'other operating costs' or something like that, could be chatting absolute crap there like but it seems vaguely familiar

Yep I think you are right, but there is a good reason for it, Bill's mum taught him from an early age if you can't stand the heat stay out the meeting...

You're right that there hasn't been an AGM for a few years now. The last three years have seen a Shareholder's Meeting held at the Philharmonic (hall, not pub). No idea what is happening this year, despite my position as a major shareholder in Everton F.C.
My take on the reason for the AGMs being discontinued was the anger generated by the failed move to Kirkby. The operating costs argument was a bit of a sideshow.
