Except in your post that I replied to, you defined opinions, not facts. My opinion could be anything I want to be true, but I couldn't call it a fact on my own. Facts have to be objective - by definition they're opposites...

It comes to something when you need to be reminded of your own post - 'I dont believe KEIOC' - and I countered that the reason why KEIOC came into existence (and still is incidentally) was to fight the Kirkby debacle. The planning inspector, as I said, agreed with the evidence brought up by KEIOC and many others.

So THE test of KEIOCs stance was fully justified by the decision.
