It's over for this lot.

They'll be an enigma. Never seen. Never speak. Employers of a board that oversees a botched reboot. Financial and governance issues never resolved. Onfield stagnation at best. Then they'll sell up and leave.

If anyone can offer a convincing prognosis to the contrary I'd like to hear it...

They literally came out with a very strong statement 2 minutes after the story was released Dave. I admit i haven't been impressed with them to date but i was definitely impressed with their quick strong confident and professional response.

Lets play it by ear and judge them on what they do now and next. I have a feeling we will see a completely different side to them with this. They didn't become billionaires by being soft touches. They will protect their billion dollar business no matter how we think they have done so far.

That's the problem in law settle with another club like Leeds shows you were responsible in some way - The Mosh balls it all up again ....

hence we lost the case yesterday - damage limitation to get the fine reduced now .....

We haven't had any new PSR issues
The Stadium was finished and we own it
We buy players
We still play in blue and the badge is still the same

For these reasons, I'm happy with the ownership. I know it's a low bar, but I actually can't remember a decent owner Everton have had
