I haven’t seen many teams doing much of note outside of Chelsea, Liverpool and City. Brighton have bought a few and the promoted teams have started to strengthen which they need to do but other than that, not much has happened yet:

We all want to see some good signings in mate, and soon.

Fretting over about it won't change the situation one bit though. We're all just observers.
