They dont apply to American owners.

They need to spend £50M-£70M in the next fortnight.

Spend some money. Now. Do some deals in the summer to sell the likes of Dixon if we need to fiddle the numbers for PSR again. Can’t afford to mess about like we usually do in January to try and sign someone at 4pm on deadline day followed by a sound bite the next day saying ‘we tried our best but January is a tricky window…’
