Shows a lack of ambition by Friedkin. Moyes was 12 years ago. Won zilch. Nothing. Roma would never accept such a poor appointment and thats a precedent which worries me. Will there also be nothing in tve transfer market? The Grim Reaper by May…

They’ve gone safe, either because the situation merits it or because they listened to people at the club, (not sure how I feel about the latter) it’s been done quickly because it’s the easiest appointment to make, it’s difficult to give them any credit for this but it could also be the correct call right now.

If I paid 600m for a club I'd bloody well play it safe as well, the club would be worth nothing if we went down.

Also don't forget he was FREE they did not want to pay compo because it would eat into our small budget for transfers due to PSR
