I'd like to take this opportunity to point out that Ligue 1 is a farmers league and that Graham Potter or Eddie Howe would easily win it if they were managing there.

Or something like that...

Lille won that league with 37yr old jose fonte at the back all season.
You could either say great manager or micky mouse league.
I'll leave that for others to decide.

Not a fan of the name to be honest, sounds like that snide Argy who took the Falklands, Galtieri.
We‘d only end up with snide French players like Mbappe, it’s a no from me.
Looks like a hard case though.

Galtier? What's he done except win the French League? He cant batter burglars like 'Dunc'.
But,..but,...he hasn't overseen three Premier League matches with diminishing returns! And does he have a good way with a ballboy?

What I like about this kind of link - if it is genuine - is that is shows we put some store on mangers actually...winning things. And before anybody scoffs at winning Ligue 1, he beat the beatified Pochettino and the immeasurably wealthy PSG to do it. I suspect that puts him a notch above a beloved club character with a neat line in myth-making in the potential appointment stakes.
