I don't think Moyes would leave West Ham right now and I don't want him anyway. We need a manager who has a strong footballing identity who can rebuild us. Moyes was good in his day but we need a more forward thinker.

They were the worst finishing team in all of Europe and also played half the season with the worst goalkeeper in the league. It isn't really a somehow as it is pretty easy to figure out. But they do a lot of the stuff that wins football matches that we don't even attempt to do. Drop DCL into that Brighton side and they're pushing Europe.

....I openly admit to having no idea who we should get. I think lots is down to ‘right person, right time, right place’.

There's no standout choice. I would honestly let Brands choose over Moshiri/Kenwright.

Surely you see the difference between one player and an entire midfield.

Results don't proceed results. Brighton play good football (I don't mean pretty passing) and we don't. They'll be a side to look for improvement from. Carlo staying would have us on the list to go the other direction.

We have to go for a Sarri or Conte. Both probably wouldn’t even look at Everton but it has to be someone with some pedigree that won’t let players walk all over him. The likes of Howe or NES will set the club back a decade further.
