Ralf Rangnick for me. We need someone who can actually give us an identity and a philosophy on how we play. Conte wouldn't want to come and build a team the same way I think that Carlo didn't I think we were defo just a stopgap and we dont need that again. We need someone to come in and get rid of the dross with an actual plan.

Seems mad that Lampard's name keeps popping up in the conversation, yet it's outlandish to suggest Ferguson as an option

He has a bit more energy than Ancelotti. Not a pensioner yet. Plus a title a few weeks ago not like Ancelotti with his last title at Bayern years ago. Even my grand-mother could manage Bayern and win the Bundesliga!

the issue for me is with the new ground coming, the pressure to get this right is even bigger than normal. It's going to be a battle to stop the owner wanting "his new shiny thing"

...I was impressed with Burnley at Goodison, thought they played some nice stuff. They were better than us on that day.
