I was watching the game via Bein Sports and it was refreshing to hear Keys and Gray debate the game. A much higher standard of punditry than most can offer. Tim Sherwood was on too and Gray disagreed with almost everything he said, which was good to see.

The clip in the DCL thread of Walker getting his right shoulder under DCL's jaw would indicate that both meffs got their post match analysis wrong. Even if you couldn't tell how big the contact was there was enough . Won't get any retraction of course and their views now taken as gospel .

The problem with Carragher in his playing days is we never had anyone with his attitude to help us compete. Heard in an interview him and Gerrard used to not believe our attitude in the tunnel before a derby match, people joking with RS etc. whilst they were fully focused on battering us... and it showed on the pitch. Now we have Wayne and Davies and I'm not sure who the RS have...

I can't imagine Cahill and Ferguson having a laugh with the RS in the tunnel. That's about it though.

And this is the problem for me. The platform these guys have is massive and it's completely uncontested. They deliberately showed only one angle of the DCL incident, when if you see it from behind it's a clear shove back by Walker with his elbow. DCL has his eyes on the ball and was jolted back.

Then they have the effrontery to condone the actions of that professional cheat Aguero (did anyone see his attempt to pull down Gana just after he'd pickpocketed him on our by-line? Disgraceful, but not commented on...).

It's simply stunning in its bias.
