I'm not trying to make it anybody's fault - although you are trying to imply there's an issue with my view that it's a bad thing to do, but the woman had to make some sort of effort to actually see what he was doing. Its not like he was stood on the street in front of her.

I know that women deem me responsible when I choose to look at their fun bags, but there is no responsibility at all on this woman who chose to look into a van at this man's crotch?

Now to make it totally clear - I don't condone this moron's behaviour in any way and he is clearly the one in the wrong.
They turned to thank him for letting them cross the road when they saw him exposing himself and then he followed them in his van - all that is from the article. I think it's quite clear from the article and his admission of guilt that you are barking up the wrong tree on this one.

He has a very troubling view of women, which comes across in almost every post.
I get along very well with most women I have worked with. What you have difficulty with, it seems, is seeing things from both sides of an issue.

Besides this, even though I have been making it clear that the behaviour is unacceptable, you seem to have been unable so see even that! You appear unable to see past your own prejudices in your effort to slag off somebody with whom you disagree.

I won't sink to insult you for your own myopic one dimensional approach to stories, nor cast aspersions on your career, I will simply smirk in your general direction and leave it at that.

I get that. Ive thanked motorists too. My point is simply that it is not easy to see other than a person's face and torso while doing so.

In defence, I had missed the point that the creep had followed them. If it were a small van where you look down I to it then yes, but I drive a transit and was initially thinking of the issue from that point of view.

There have to be two sides to see though, and there aren't here. He has literally admitted that he wanted them to see him. It's there, in the article. It's not the woman's fault for seeing him, he made sure that she could. He's a an absolute danger, like you.

Ponders a defamation case.

I'd state your actual evidence if I were you before accusing me of being a danger. Actual evidence of wrong doing, rather than your willful misinterpretation of what I have written.

Have you ever been a teacher? Ever had a CRB check?

Nuff said.

What I dont get from this story is just HOW this woman, apparently on foot, is supposed to have been able to have seen him holding his man bits inside his van.

Why was she even looking into the van?

Doesn't excuse the bad meff doing that though.

Shipperley had driven his van up to the victims, winding down his window and stopping the vehicle. Mr Sethi said the pair had turned to thank Shipperley for letting them cross the road but "they then noticed he was holding his penis in his hand and staring directly at them".

They walked away from the vehicle, but Shipperley, from West Drayton, west London, followed in his van.

Depends on the van, plenty don't have the driver much higher than they would be in a car. I've drove a few that are very low to the ground and anyone walking by would be able to see inside.
