Joey-just think about what you wrote. Not subbing in Patterson at his natural position, for a 6'6" center back that has clearly beaten him for that position.
But actually playing him out of position to offer defensive support, which is what he has struggled with his entire career.
I guess we needed another name on the team sheet, but he should have been given a one way ticket on a random plane at the deadline.
He is a natural right back - imagine if we would have had Grealish v a wrong footed full back ?
No Thier Manager put 2 men on him - DM should have got the message early on when O'Brien not a right back was constantly being skinned - that goal was coming every blues fan could see that apart from DM !
