Did you even read what I posted mate. I said that Patterson is better than Coleman is now and has the potential to become a much better player than Coleman ever was.

Never seen Patterson overlap more than one or two times since he arrived here. He just doesn't do that regularly.

Of course, this has nothing to do with instructions and how we're set up to play and is all down to Patterson's personal preference, naturally.

I have a huge amount of respect for Coleman, been a true servant to the club and loyal to a fault. There's no doubt in mind that he could have won some trophies in his career elsewhere but he stuck with us and I'll always respect him for that.

However, Patterson is the present and the future; I think Seamus is switched on enough to realise that.

TBF Patterson himself thinks it more likely he's fully fit for the Leicester game. Maybe on the bench (more for a psychological/fan boost) for the Fulham game which would be nice to see.

Why? He’s been out for about 4 weeks, he’s not going to be lacking match fitness.

I think most managers are conservative in these situations, especially after a banging win. Four defeats in a row and Frank would be more likely to throw Patterson in imo.
