I'm usually very upbeat, but even I have come to expect the worst when Everton and injuries are mentioned.

I always find the best thing to do if you want to dispute a ban is to openly question the mod for it on your return in the same thread, recommended action is to call them a bellend and issue a threat of some sort in a thread dedicated to them if you could mate.
