was just glossing through the media today and it seems where looking at a loan for Nani... would make sense for United and Nani to be getting some game time he just cant get in the team at the moment... With Mirallas injured and Naismith on the wing it could be a good little bit of business for the short term that is

Sir Alex Ferguson is so happy about seeing his hooped northern brethren advance to the knockout stages of the Champions League that he is going to hinder their chances of going any further by relieving them of Kenyan colossus Victor Wanyama. Ferguson also plans to make good on his long-running wooing of Porto winger Jackson Martínez. Over at Everton, the increasingly excited Moyes is wondering whether he can stretch his budget far enough to make a raid for Nani too.

This thread gives you the entitlement to list things as a "transfer rumour" hence rumour? its off the guardian website not some charity site

Its from the Guardian who are going through other papers and finding storys, Hence

according to the Mirror, he's going to splash out on three new players this January, at least one of whom is currently at Manchester City. Samir Nasri and two defenders for the Frenchman to hide behind? No, former Goodison Park favourite Joleon Lescott, plus Paris St-Germain striker Kevin Gameiro and Toulouse frontman Wissam Ben Yedder.

That article also says were gonna sign someone from the French leagues for £15m and pay him £90k a week?????
Bollocks!

Cant see the lescott rumour being true, he left on bad terms. Would like to see Moyes spend 15 million on one player, like a fellaini signing, we need more quality in the team but not Nani.

I think the most likely rumour is the Lescott one, he is still bum chums with half of our squad, and Moyes has already been quoted in saying that he would have Lescott back if he was available and within his budget.

The stumbling block will be whether City want to release him. Personally, I think they would be beyond facking stupid to get rid of Lescott in a title run-in, especially with Kompany getting injured recently.

I'd take him all day long. Still new on here but based on the "special" relationship Moyes and Ferguson has, Howard, Gibson, and neville. Nani yes pls. All day long.

Would Nani be able to adapt to our new attacking style of play though lol.

Don't murder me.

Steady. I was just putting it up there with some of the pearlers from the past in terms of "not a cat's chance in hell". Not having a go at you directly. As you say you're just passing on what's reported.
