He scored a brilliant header at old trafford this season.id like to see him play some part in the match today. Could turn out to be our match winner

I see he's petitioning to be played in the middle up front behind Lukaku.

I think we need a player who cant control the ball in that area like we need another Claus Thomsen.

No coincidence we've picked up without the wasteful Scot in the team.

Good fighter to have on the bench but he cant be a first team starter anymore. That's just self defeating and crazy talk.

I think the penny has finally dropped.

He is simply not good enough to start games here at Everton. He was forced in to the starting 11 to reward him for his efforts. He is NOT and never will be a number 10. I've said it before, he has nothing in his locker that that position requires.

He's a last 10 minutes player

Harsh comments here imo. He deserved to be a starter because the rest of them were absolute gash. He put shift after shift in whilst others coasted along for months on end. No coincidence that yes he's out of the side but only because we have other players now back in form. It's not just about the first 11, it's a squad game and the fella can finish

Seems like a really nice fella but he just isn't up to it. I think he could do a job in this league but not for a team who should be challenging for Europe and trophies.

The team's got better shape without him but for me during our terrible form earlier in the season, he's one of the very few players who showed some fight.

Squad player in a mid table team at best that can come on when needed. No place in any squad in a Top 5 team for me.

I pray for the time when we have a team/squad with no weak-links, mediocrities, limited players. Hard words but Naismith is all of those things.

For years I wondered what DM saw in Hibbert, Simon Davies, and above all Neville.
One weak-link in team, and the Top Four is a dream.

If RM can keep our best players and get a couple of top players this summer, we have a great chance next season.

no mate, as so many on here have proven, the most successful squads are filled with below par footballers who try very very hard, eat all their greens and always do what they are told, tremendous pros and great servants (being paid extremely well). While our talented players must be treated with mistrust, we must assume that they will sell us out in an instant, and we have to lie about how hard they work
