he was great today, great energy, caused city's defence a few problems, I love the way he is always talking to the opponents, geting in their ears, annoying the feck out of them. He's a gem.

the intelligence and timing of the jump for the goal today reminded me of Cahill.
love him to bits but still don't think him and Barkley should be fighting for that space, Barkley in a 3 with Besic and McCarthy, with Naismith as false 9/attacking mid, Rom and Kev up top, I think that would work. When Ross played deeper with Besic against QPR - that worked, but obviously need McCarthy in there. Otherwise, Ross or Naismith, not both.

Absolutely, the epitome of the rather limited player, but whose attitude, desire and work rate elevates him to being essential.

There was one part of the game today that summed up Naismith, he won a corner out of nothing by pressing Demichelis and then he was in the big numpty's face accusing him of taking a dive! Defenders must hate playing against him

So Naisy has confirmed on MOTD that is is business as usual and there is no plotting going on behind the scenes to unseat the gaffer.

Which kinda blows all your paranoid ranting about plotters out of the water, does it not Damo ? Especially considering that you are Naisy's Number One fan.

Or maybe he is spoofing and is plotting behind the scenes ?

Also, he's got to play against West Ham and West Brom. I read someone on here say when you're going through a rough patch you need the grafters of your team to pull you kicking and screaming to results. He's doing that at the moment.

Seems clear that The Nais is one of the plotters, plotting things etc
