Nacer Chadli

Various sources (mostly jarg but could be something) in France & Holland are reporting that we will renew our interest in Twente winger Nacer Chadli in January.

We were definitely interested in the summer but Chadli held talks with Fulham but couldn't come to any agreement. Chadli's agent confirmed that there was interest from another Premier League club and at various points this season some parts of the Dutch media have reported that Everton have sent scouts to watch Twente.

The only possible downfall is that he could be pricey between 5 and 7 million although Twente may settle for a markdown price if the player wants to leave and because of his injury history.

If you don't know this guy he is a belgian winger, right footed but can play on either wing and behind the striker. He has scored 10 goals in 23 games in all competitions this season and would make an excellent addition to the squad

I can't find a news link that's worth posting because they are mostly jarg but there could be something to this and wouldn't have posted it otherwise. Would like to see him sign because we are short on the wings if Mirallas gets injured and he could be a replacement for Pienaar if we see him operate a more central position in the future

Doubt Donovan will sign in January when he's publicly stated he has no idea whether he will continue playing football.

He is good, think he'd be good, just hope he can make the step up. He is predominantly left sided but can play on either wing
