He was playing centre back wasn't he after months out of the team and with a bunch of random players/kids?
Not denying he was bad but there are some excuses for it.
He played centre back in that dead rubber against Limassol, but he played against Atalanta away and Split too and was garbage in midfield.
I hope so, after all his injuries, be great for him if he helps take them up and earns a move with it, I'd keep him personally, but would be pleased for the lad anyway, I've watched a few boro games since he went there and he's had a huge positive influence
