Not sure how I'd feel about it, but I could see him starting against Chelsea in place of Schneiderlin. No Barry, and don't reckon Davies and Gana is defensive enough for a match at Stamford Bridge. Seems the only available DM we've got after the main two.
Think Koeman should have brought him on way earlier, maybe even instead of Gylfi when he made the double swap. Needed to stay compact and he could've helped more than an attacking substitution.

Gueye-Davies-Klaassen with Rooney dropping in, I reckon. Not ideal of course, but I don't think Koeman rates Besic too much. At least not enough to suddenly start him against Chelsea.
